How long does setup take?
Website + Online Booking setups can usually be completed in about 1–2 weeks after your setup information is submitted. Pro and Premium setups may take about 2–3 weeks because they include additional workflows, tracking setup, and A2P messaging registration for SMS reminders. Timing may vary depending on how quickly required business details, domain information, and messaging approval are completed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Monthly plans begin with a 6-month initial term, then continue month-to-month after that. Downgrades or cancellations can be requested after the initial term.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Your website will need a domain. You may bring a domain you already own or purchase one separately. Domain purchase is not included in our service. We can connect your domain for a $99 setup fee, and temporary access to your account is required for setup.
Can I request website changes after setup?
Yes. Website + Online Booking and Pro clients can request website edits as paid add-ons. Premium includes up to 2 small website edits per month. Small edits may include text updates, image swaps, button/link updates, service wording updates, or minor content adjustments to existing pages.
Will this work for both Mobile Notary and RON?
Yes. The system can help you book, confirm, remind, and track both Mobile Notary and RON appointments. For RON appointments, you will still need to use your own approved RON platform to complete the notarization session.
What if I need help later?
Standard email support is included for system questions and basic troubleshooting. Premium includes priority support, up to 2 small website edits per month, and quarterly system tune-ups. Website edits for other plans are available as paid add-ons.
Are there contracts?
Monthly plans begin with a 6-month initial term. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Annual plans are billed annually and can be canceled before the next renewal.
