Will this work for Mobile Notaries and RON?
Yes. Notary Booking Engine can help book, confirm, remind, and track both Mobile Notary and RON appointments. For RON appointments, you will still need to use your own approved RON platform or provider to complete the notarization session.
Do I need to be tech savvy to use this?
No. Everything is installed and configured for you. Once setup is complete, you simply receive bookings and manage your schedule.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect an existing domain or purchase one separately. Domain purchase and renewal are not included. Domain connection and SSL setup may be available as a one-time add-on.
Can I request website changes after setup?
Yes. Website + Online Booking and Pro clients can request website edits as paid add-ons. Premium includes up to 2 small website edits per month. A small edit may include text updates, image swaps, button/link updates, service wording updates, or minor content adjustments to existing pages.
How long does it take to get set up?
Website + Online Booking setups can usually be completed in about 1–2 weeks after your setup information is submitted. Pro and Premium setups may take about 2–3 weeks because they include additional workflows, tracking setup, and A2P messaging registration for SMS reminders. Timing may vary depending on how quickly required business details, domain information, and messaging approval are completed.
Will reminder texts help reduce no-shows?
Automated reminders can help reduce missed appointments by keeping clients informed before their scheduled booking. SMS reminders are available with Pro and Premium and require proper consent and messaging approval.
What if I need help later?
Standard email support is included for system questions and basic troubleshooting. Premium includes priority support, up to 2 small website edits per month, and quarterly system tune-ups. Website edits for other plans are available as paid add-ons.
Can this actually help me get more bookings?
Notary Booking Engine can make it easier for potential clients to request appointments online and help you manage those booking opportunities more consistently. It does not guarantee new clients or a specific number of bookings.
What if I decide later that this system isn’t right for me?
Monthly plans begin with a 6-month initial term. After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. If service ends, hosted pages, automations, reminders, tracking tools, and support stop at the end of the paid term.
